If you wish to extend the preservation of your requested data for an additional year, you may do so via the Law Enforcement Request Form. When doing so, it is imperative that you include the original preservation request’s ticket or case number for reference. Extension requests must be made at least seven days prior to the expiration of the original preservation request. Upon review, we will preserve the data for an additional 365 days.
Please note: If a preservation request expires, we cannot guarantee that data will still be available in our system.
